Klang Medical is a cash only mobile concierge practice. We have multiple plans available to meet your needs. We do not bill any insurance or federal healthcare programs.
Tier 2: Enhanced Care and Longevity
Annual Registration/ Renewal: $299
Monthly Membership: $149/ mo.
4 Included Visits: Covers up to four comprehensive mobile dispatches or office evaluations per calendar year. Monthly virtual check in.
Included diagnostics: Twice yearly preventative lab panels fully integrated into your longevity care plan.
Priority Communication: Upgraded priority secure text, phone, and video access during standard business hours. Secure portal texting.
Discounted Extra Visits: Additional home or office dispatches beyond the initial four are discounted to $135 per visit.
Tier 3: Executive Concierge/ Family retainer
Annual Registration/ Renewal: $399
(Covers up to three household members)
Monthly Membership: $199/ mo.
Multi member coverage: Retainer covers the primary account holder plus up to two immediate household members up to 3 total members.
6 Shared annual visits: A pooled allotment of 6 mobile or office visits per calendar year, shareable across all covered family members.
24/7 Direct Physician access: Round the clock availability via the physicians personal cell phone for urgent clinical concerns.
Diagnostics and Extra Dispatches: Includes routine quarterly labs and annual deep dive and hormone labs for the primary member. Additional family dispatches are discounted to $120 per visit.

Tier 4: Elite Executive/ Wellness
Annual Registration/ Renewal: $499
Monthly Membership: $249/ mo.
Fifteen individual annual visits: 8 unhurried, dedicated mobile dispatches or office evaluations specifically for the individual.
Expanded Mobile Hours: according to medical necessity.
24/7 Premium backline access: direct, immediate provider cell phone availability with absolute response priority.
Quarterly expanded Labs: Complete Deep dive expanded laboratory Tracking panels evaluating advanced metabolic cardiovascular and hormonal health metrics.
Preferred rates for extra visits: Additional home or office dispatches beyond the initial 8 are steeply discounted and billed at just $100 per visit.
Elite Status Protection: This panel membership is strictly limited in order to guarantee premium time allocation, proactive biometric tracking, and friction free clinical advocacy.
